In this portion of the certification you will be creating two high quality videos where we will evaluate your avatar creation and video creation skills to ensure they meet professional standards of client-ready work.
Guidelines
Create two videos, each for a different scenario from the list below
Include at least one custom avatar you’ve created
Your avatar must be created in HeyGen, but you may use any other tools and editing environments of your choice
These videos may be publicly shared by HeyGen to promote your agency on our website. We strongly prefer to show real client examples, so please ensure that you have secured permission.
Step 1: Select a scenario
Task: Select two different scenarios for each of your two videos and make note of key aspects to include in each.
How-to videos (getting started guides, step-by-step instructions, tips and best practices)
Training (sales, marketing, IT, HR training , compliance and safety, diversity & inclusion)
Newsletters and community updates (company updates, content roundups, industry trend reports)
Sales presentations (pitches, demos)
Brand videos (sizzle videos, brand storytelling)
Step 2: Create a custom avatar and voice
Task: Create at least one realistic instant avatar to be featured in one of your videos, you can also use our stock avatars.
Instructions:
Review the below best practices resources to create a custom instant avatar and voice. You may create the avatar’s voice through a variety of means: from the training video (atomically), by uploading a high quality audio file directly to HeyGen or by integrating a third-party voice.
Ensure the avatar’s appearance matches the scenario chosen in step 1 and aligns with your client’s brand and industry
Assessment Criteria:
Realism and quality of the avatar (we recommend you film in 4k)
