How to get started creating your Studio Avatar

To get started, you’ll need to book an enterprise meeting with a HeyGen account manager.

Customization of studio avatars is available exclusively for Enterprise Plan users and requires that you set up a meeting with one of our account managers. They put together an Enterprise Plan that meets your specific goals and requirements.

Record video footage

Next, record high-quality footage based on the specific requirements you receive from our account manager.

This video will be the foundation for training your studio avatar. Once you’ve finished recording, simply share the original video with us via a cloud storage link.

Studio Avatar approval process

Once you’re done shooting the video, our team will review the footage within 1-2 business days.

When approved, your studio avatar will be deployed in just 3-5 days. If any improvements are needed, don’t worry! We’ll guide you every step of the way.
