2. Make your brand more authentic
The perception around AI-generated content is changing and can even enhance brand authenticity. 89.1% of respondents said using AI wouldn't impact their perception of a brand, and 62.8% believe it would boost creativity and storytelling. 3. Be transparent with your audience
Transparency is key to earning consumer trust. The report revealed that 75.6% of respondents believe it is important for brands to disclose their use of AI. By openly sharing their AI practices, brands not only align with audience expectations but also strengthen trust and credibility, paving the way for more meaningful engagement and loyalty. Respondents prefer that brands indicate a video is AI-generated through an icon/label (59.4%), a note in the description (25.5%), or with social media hashtags (13.7%)
4. Include a human touch
Human creativity remains vital in AI workflows. Respondents emphasized the importance of human involvement in video creation, with 85.5% having a positive reaction to knowing an AI video was assisted by humans. Combining AI technology with human creativity can alleviate authenticity worries, enhance clarity, and improve the overall quality resonance of content, offering a balanced approach to innovation and relatability.
5. Create high-quality video content
High-quality production is non-negotiable for successful AI video content. Over half of the respondents (54.2%) stated that high-quality videos increased their trust in a brand, while 10.3% said low-quality content eroded credibility. More than half of respondents also stated that better quality is the top driver for engagement. Investing in the most lifelike AI tools and superior production values is essential for fostering trust, credibility, and positive audience engagement.
6. Find the right place for your audience
Social media (69.4%) emerged as the most comfortable platform for AI-generated content, followed by tutorials (31.1%), product demos (30.4%), customer support (27.3%), ads (22.8%), and newsletters (18.3%). This showcases the versatility of AI videos in delivering educational and promotional content that resonates with diverse audience needs and expectations. Aligning content formats with audience preferences can maximize impact.

Engagement factors such as personalized messaging and transparency are crucial. Over 25% of respondents said they are more likely to engage with personalized content, while 52.2% said they are more likely to engage with higher-quality content.
